The hotel was relatively clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, only a minute walk to San Marco. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The shower was small and low water pressure. Had a problem with ants in my room. There weren't a lot but enough to be annoying.

Great location-literally stones throw away from San marco.Clean rooms (we stayed in 208),friendly staff,free wireless internet. Not cheap but considering everything is venice is so Expenive, cant complain. Staff was very friendly, especially the Venetian lady at reception(forgot her name).Staff was always prompt in providing any information.How to get there:You can take vaporetto 1 ,direction lido from Santa lucia train station-Check directions.Get down at S.Zacarria (Piazza San Marco) station . At San Marco, pass through the clock tower arch ,first right, second left
The only downside is the not so good breakfast. Compared to all the other places we have stayed in Italy, the breakfast here was not up to mark.
